The property came with a beautiful pond, a greenhouse, and a home we\’ll use as a Welcome Center and community event center.
Also, there\’s 1,298 acres and we\’ll be lucky to squeeze in 200 homesteads. So that\’s with each homestead averaging 2.X acres, that means there will likely be somewhere close to 500-600 acres that won\’t be used for homesteads.
